Sustainable Communities (SC) Programme offers continuing education courses that enhance collaboration between academia and local and central governments in the field of sustainable urban planning. The main thematic areas of the programme are transportation, risk management, local economic development, energy and environmental management. The programme exploits interactive learning techniques; keynote lectures, case study presentations, dialogue opportunities, field visits and workshops, providing improved understanding and capabilities on sustainable urban planning – know-why, know-what and know-how.
Hi Ulla, Thanks for your excellent facilitation and course coordination. I am very much impressed by the website links you put in the optima as I found them interesting and useful. The series of lectures were also very useful. However, I was unable to see the slides of Mr. Soloman's presentation (lecture 3) and was also unable to open the downloaded slides of his lecture? I would appreciate if the slides can be access or put them in a readable format, i.e. PDF, PowerPoint etc. thanks
